- Almost 35% of plastic waste in the ocean is from microfibers that come from synthetic clothing.
- Fast fashion that makes cheap synthetic clothes are contributing to modern-day slavery through unfair pay and poor work condition.
- If you are not paying for it, some else is paying for it with there unpaid labor.
